STEVE THOMPSON
Founder & CEO
Steve has over 10 years of strategic marketing, people and operations experience in rapid-growth technology companies, including Uber Technologies. He partners with industry experts to develop unique, sustainable solutions for growing businesses.

Steve was the General Manager of Uber Technologies from 2013-2018, leading his operations team of 30+ individuals to scale city marketing, finance, support and regulatory strategies across the greater Southwest region. Before Uber, Steve worked at Tallwave as a Venture Services Director, assisting in business planning, strategic marketing and product management to help 35+ ventures launch and grow their business.

Steve received his B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and Barrett, the Honors College. Steve has also served on the Board of Directors for one n ten and Local First Arizona.
